It is with heavy hearts that we have to end our COVID-19 “pivot” to providing grants for living expenses; we are a small Foundation and have used all of our available resources. The great news is that we were able to provide emergency relief to 12 women in these tough times. Quite a few of these women are single moms, supporting children who no longer have the food safety net afforded by the schools. They no longer have employment, yet are in the gap awaiting unemployment funds to start. So your generous support for our Foundation directly met both the physical needs of these women, but also their psychological needs as you’ve alleviated much of their stress.
