Stiletto News 2026

Quarter 1 News

As we step into 2026, we are building on the real momentum that your support has made possible.

Last year, our community helped more women move closer to stability, independence, and lasting change. That momentum continues, with a renewed focus on expanding opportunity across Athens and beyond.

33 for 33: A Legacy That Lives On

At the heart of this year is the 33 for 33 campaign, a year-long effort rooted in remembrance, impact, and hope.

What began as a way to honor Ashton’s 33rd birthday has grown into a movement of people choosing to invest in women working to change their lives.

33 for 33 is about what your gifts make possible.

  • A certification completed.
  • A new career started.
  • A family finding stability.

This is how Ashton’s legacy lives on. Not in memory alone, but in action.

If you would like to join us in celebrating Ashton’s birthday and all the good that has come from her passion, please join us at Classic City Eats in Watkinsville on April 25th from 1-3.  Enjoy good music, good food, and great people who also share Ashton’s passion!

Turning Hope Into Action

This spring, our community came together in meaningful ways to support the mission.

At our 33 for 33 Celebration at Classic City Eats, we will gather to honor Ashton and celebrate the impact being created together.

Through partnerships with Smallcakes Athens and Kendra Scott, supporters turned everyday moments into meaningful contributions, helping fund scholarships and training opportunities.

And through our partnership with the Athens Rock Lobsters, new audiences engaged with the mission in a fun and memorable way.

The Why Behind the Work

Every number tells a story. The women behind those numbers define the impact.

Jessica is completing her degree in Surgical Technology while balancing work and school, driven by a commitment to compassionate patient care. With AHKF support, she is entering her final semester and preparing for a future helping patients around the world.

ZaNiya is pursuing a psychology degree while completing CNA training and supporting her family. Despite significant challenges, she continues to move forward with resilience, supported by resources that allow her to stay focused on her education.

The 2026 Hope Gala: A Call to Lead

On August 8, 2026, we will host the 9th Annual Hope Gala, centered around The American Story of Hope.

This event drives the programs that make our mission possible, funding scholarships, training, and critical support for women building new futures.

We are now inviting sponsors to join us. Sponsorship is a direct investment in stronger families, a stronger workforce, and a stronger community.

Contact Treasurer@ashtonsentus.org to learn more about sponsorship opportunities.

Looking Ahead

Everything we do is built on a simple belief: when women are supported, families and communities grow stronger.

Thank you for being part of this journey and helping us continue to build futures filled with hope.

Together, we are making a difference.
